1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed on Framystic are processed within 2–4 business days. As most of our products are printed and framed on demand, processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, promotional sales, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.

2. SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • 3–7 business days for major cities
  • 7–10 business days for other locations across India

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier partner availability, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Framystic may also offer Free Shipping on eligible orders, special promotions, or limited-time offers, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. This allows you to track your package in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

5. PACKAGING & SAFETY

We take extra precautions to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Posters are packed securely in protective tubes or flat packaging, while framed prints are carefully bubble-wrapped and placed in sturdy boxes. Our packaging methods are designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

6. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info.framystic@gmail.com with your order number. Our support team will promptly investigate the issue and assist you until it is resolved.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are requested to carefully verify their shipping details at checkout. Framystic shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Framystic proudly offers international shipping to select countries. Delivery timelines and shipping charges for international orders may vary depending on the destination, customs regulations, and courier partner availability.
