1. RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that shows signs of use, damage after delivery, or improper handling may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info.framystic@gmail.com. Returns must be requested and approved before sending the product back. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Approved returns must be shipped to our business/home address in Siliguri (return address will be shared via email after approval).
If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping labels or pickup options will be communicated based on serviceability.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. This will allow us to evaluate the issue quickly and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.
3. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Personalized items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards or vouchers
Due to the nature of wall art and framed products, returns may be refused if the product has been altered, damaged after delivery, or not returned in original condition. Please contact us if you have questions regarding the eligibility of a specific item.
4. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item (subject to approval). Once the return is accepted, you may place a fresh order for the new item of your choice.
5. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason. The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase. This provision applies in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
6. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
